Cafe Team members:

With up to 4 birthday parties a day on the weekends, we need your help!

We are looking for up to 2 part-time team members, either all year round or school holiday time only, who are energetic, reliable, enthusiastic and good communicators.

Food preparation skills in a commercial environment are essential for this position.


These will be any length from 3-8 hours and you will be required to open the cafe, run the kitchen, serve customers, prepare food and drinks, clear the cafe and close down at the end of the day. 

These will be any length shift from 3-8 hours and your mission will be to ensure everyone who attends a party has a Super time! We are looking for someone exceptional who is confident to welcome all the guests and coordinate the smooth running of the parties. 

Working in a team of two you will be responsible for ensuring the food is delivered on time and the everything cleared and set up with the fastest turnaround, ready for the next party.

For the right candidate, there may be scope to increase hours during the week and/or to cover holidays. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Food preparation and general kitchen duties.
  • Working in all aspects of a café (serving, clearing, making coffees)
  • Customer service
  • Cleaning

PlayWorker positions:

KudaClub is a popular breakfast and afterschool club in Bishopston looking for experienced Playworkers to join our friendly team. The right candidate will be reliable, responsible, fun, engaging, enthusiastic and above all a team player. 

Hours available: We are offering up to 21 hours a week for Playworkers. Sessions times are 7.45am-9am and 3-6pm; Holiday Clubs may also operate during half terms and inset days: 8am - 5.45pm. There will also be monthly meetings lasting 1 hour that you will be required to attend.

Rates of pay: Up to £8.50ph for Playworkers and dependent on qualifications, experience and the number of shifts worked.

Qualifications: Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable for these positions and experience with school-age children preferable. A thorough knowledge of EYFS is essential as well as paediatric first aid and Child Protection. Training will be provided where required.
